تأثیر مسئولیت‌های مرتبط با مراقبت بر مشارکت زنان در نیروی کار

چکیده
گزارش حاضر، مرور و تحلیلی دقیق از برآوردهای جدید جهانی و منطقه‌ای ILO  در مورد افرادی که به دلیل مسئولیت‌ مراقبت خارج از بازار کار هستند، ارائه می‌دهد. این تحلیل، نگاهی عمیق‌ به چگونگی تأثیر شکاف‌های جنسیتی و سایر نابرابری‌های مرتبط با سن، تحصیلات و موقعیت شهری/روستایی به دلیل مسئولیت‌های مراقبت، بر حضور زنان در بازار کار دارد. این گزارش همچنین چگونگی تغییر عدم حضور زنان در بازار کار طی پنج سال گذشته را در برخی از کشورهای دارای داده‌، نشان می‌دهد و به اصلاحات سیاستی مرتبط با مراقبت که در طول دورۀ بررسی رخ داده است، می‌پردازد. در نهایت، این گزارش پیامدهای سیاستی، به ویژه نقش سرمایه‌گذاری‌ عمومی در مراقبت و آموزش اولیۀ دوران کودکی (ECCE) را به عنوان ابزاری کلیدی برای حمایت از حضور مراقبان بدون دستمزد در بازار کار و ترویج برابری جنسیتی در نیروی کار، مورد بحث قرار می‌دهد.
